German timber industry sees a brake on sales
In the German wood industry, the expectations that have been growing pessimistic for months are now also causing the assessment of the current economic situation to deteriorate. Specifically, according to the Munich-based ifo survey in September, the value for assessing the current situation in the timber industry fell significantly to +0.4 points (previous month: +13.4 points).
