Hundreds of representatives from the international wood-based panels industry and technology suppliers to the sector gathered in Hamburg on Tuesday evening for the opening of the European Wood-based Panel Symposium.  The event was last held in 2018 to due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the more than 300 delegates registered for the 2022 event, organised by the European Panel Federation and the Fraunhofer Institute for Wood Research, spent the first evening networking at the Grand Elysée Hotel.  Representatives travelled from Norway, Turkey, the US, Canada, Finland, Sweden, Brazil, Chile, Korea, Japan, Singapore ...
