Pervanovo Invest AB, the majority owner of Välinge, has acquired all shares of the Croatian wood processing company Tehnodrvo d.o.o. The cooperation will enable Välinge to secure supply of high-quality veneer for its Woodura® technology and Tehnodrvo to implement 5G® fold down in its parquet flooring products.
