A relevant and strategic agreement between Saviola Group (Italy) and the majority shareholder of Nolte Holzwerkstoff Gmbh & Co. Kg (Germany, known on the market as Rheinspan) was signed on Friday, December 27th in Frankfurt, establishing Saviola Holding's will enter equally to capital of the German company. The Saviola Group is the leader particleboards company in Italy and the most important wood recycler in the world with 13 plants and 1500 employees. Divided into 4 Business Units (Saviola – Wood, Sadepan – Chemistry, Composad - Furniture and Saviolife - Lifescience).
