AriVislanda and Milltech will merge into a joint company and the procedure will be completed in 2024. AriVislanda manufactures sawmill machines, while Milltech makes automation solutions and control systems for sawmills. The new company name will be AriVislanda, but Milltech will remain as a brand for smart, integrated systems. ''Together we strengthen our position and will be able to offer a competitive package to our customers. USNR and Wood Fiber merger to create a giant supplier
Two North American sawmill suppliers are joining forces: USNR and Wood Fiber will become the biggest supplier in the world. US Natural Resources (USNR) and Wood Fiber Group have announced a merger that aims to create the world’s most comprehensive supplier of the equipment, technology and essential tooling used in wood processing facilities. USNR is an international supplier of sawmill and plywood mill machinery, aftermarket parts, and technical and engineering services. Wood Fiber Group supplies cutting tools, filing room equipment, and critical consumable products to the wood products industry, serving the North American market.
