Swedish softwood lumber exports 21% yoy in April
During April 2016, the Swedish sawmills exported much less softwood lumber than in March or April 2016. Also, the export volume from January-April fell, as compared to the previous year. The softwood exports in April summed 947,000 m2, 21% less than in April 2016. During the first 4 months of 2017, there were 4.3 million m2 of softwood lumber exported, which represents 3% less than in the same period last year.
