Swedish sawn timber export prices continue to fall
In September, for the 4th consecutive month, Swedish sawn timber export prices fell further compared to the previous month. Recall that in August, the latter had decreased by -5.1% compared to July and by -26.1% compared to August 2021. In September, export prices decreased by - 8.6% and are - 31.6% lower than September 2021 prices. Red wood prices decreased by -10.8% and white wood by -7.5%.
