Polish company Andrewex has acquired a wood processing plant in Sweden, from the Swedish group Rörvik Timber.
Andrewex bought the plant situated in Tvärskog because it brought no profitability for Rörvik because of the high raw material price. Rörvik closed the sawmill in January 2016 also because of the decline in sawn timber prices, the loss of customers from the Arabic countries, which made for 20% of the sales and the strong competition on the local market.
