Stora Enso buys the entire share capital of the sawmill and processing company Junnikkala Oy. According to Stora Enso, the goal is to secure wood procurement for Stora Enso's Oulu packaging board factory and to support Stora Enso's wood products business with new production facilities.    According to the press release, the enterprise value of the deal is a maximum of 137 million euros, a significant part of which requires the achievement of certain production targets.
