Swedish forestry company Setra has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full-year 2022. Summing up the results, Group CEO Katarina Levin said: “The timber market continued to weaken during the fourth quarter in terms of overall price levels, while demand improved, bringing our stocks down to normal levels. However, low prices, combined with rising costs, further reduced our earnings this quarter.”    Despite the challenging global economic environment, Setra is optimistic about the future of wood product consumption in both the medium and long term. The growing use of wood products in construction ...
