SCA gave a clarification for the recently announced split of the group into two listed companies: the hygiene business and the forest products business. According to the clarification, SCA wishes to underline the fact that no decision has been made on how to handle creditors, future capital structure, allocation of debt, etc. in relation to the contemplated separation.
