Q1 rising roundwood prices for Sweden
In the first quarter of 2015, Swedish sawlog prices increased compared to the prior quarter. Moreover, statistics released by the Swedish Forest Agency also show an upward trend for pulpwood assortments. Overall, in SEK terms, sawlog (delivery timber) prices in Sweden increased by 2 percent, with pulpwood prices rising by 1 percent. Sawlog prices rose the most in Sweden's southern region (4 percent).
