Pellet price in Switzerland goes up 5% in 2013

From January to December 2013, the average pellet price in Switzerland has increased by 4,79%. The year started with an average price of 398.2 CHF/tonne (approximately EUR 321); reached its lowest point in May at 390.6 CHF/tonne (≈ EUR 315) and remained stable during the summer season. From September the price continuously rose to a maximum of 417.3 CHF/tonne (≈ EUR 337) in December.     If compared to 2012, the almost 5% price increase is quite considerable.
