On May 12th, Holzbauwerk Schwarzwald GmbH officially opened its newly built cross laminated timber production plant in Seewald (Freudenstadt district, Black Forest), Germany.    At the plant, which has been in operation since September 2022, around 40,000 m³ of cross laminated timber (CLT) made of spruce and fir are produced and bound each year.    The two managing directors Jörg Kübler (Holzwerk Kübler, Haiterbach) and Manuel Echtle (Sägewerk Echtle, Nordrach), who implemented the project together with the shareholder Klaus Henne (Sägewerk Streit, Hausach), particularly appreciated the political support ...
