German conveyor and press systems manufacturer Minda has completed the acquisition of finger joint technology specialist Howial GmbH & Co. KG, further strengthening its position in the engineered wood products sector.  The move follows a cooperation agreement signed in 2022 that allowed the companies to collaborate on sales, development, procurement, production, and control technology.
