Austrian Mayr-Melnhof Holz sold its sawmill MM-Efimovsky in Russia to Aspek-Les, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of Russia. Since December 30, 2022, the owner of 100% of the shares of Mayer-Melnhof Holz Efimovsky LLC has become Aspek-Les LLC, which belongs to Mikhail Pitkevich. MM-Efimovskiy is no longer listed on the Mayr-Melnhof Holz website.    The production capacity of the MM-Efimovsky sawmill is 380 thousand m3 of lumber and 57.6 thousand tons of pellets per year.
