Interfor trims losses in Q1 2025 as lumber prices rise; market remains uncertain
Interfor Corporation posted a net loss of USD 26.0 million in the first quarter of 2025, an improvement from USD 36.9 million in Q4 2024 and USD 54.0 million in Q1 2024, supported by stronger lumber prices despite reduced shipments and ongoing trade duties. Adjusted EBITDA came to USD 36.0 million on revenues of USD 544.5 million, down from USD 59.5 million in the previous quarter.
