Producer prices for commercial wood products in Germany continued to decline in June. While there is a split picture compared to the previous year, in the short-term comparison only six figures are up on the previous month, four more unchanged, 16 in the minus.
In comparison to June 2018, 13 of the 26 values show a positive development. Front runners are wooden window and door frames as well as beech and hardwood lumber with increases of between 3% and 4%.
