DLH sells companies and operations
In December 2013, DLH's Board of Directors has decided to analyze the possibility of disposing of the company's business and operations. Back then, DLH's officials stated that based on an in-depth analysis of various scenarios, the ''company’s shareholders will derive most value if an acceptable price for the individual business areas is obtained, and the head office disposed of''. Chairman Kurt Anker Nielsen said that although this is a very difficult decision, because the company has proud traditions, ''individual business units will have better opportunities to develop under different ownership''.  ...
