Coronavirus could paralyze wood exports from Europe to China; ships blocked in ports
The coronavirus could paralyze log export from Europe to China. GWMI has learned this in discussions with exporters and shipping companies. Production in China is largely paralyzed due to government measures to curb the virus. In many ports in China, work is still stopped. Containers are received, but not cleared.
