Recently, Austrian Binderholz Group located in Fügen has closed an agreement with The Carlyle Group to take over the German sawmill- and wood processing company Klenk Holz AG located in Oberrot.    Binderholz acquired Klenk Holz AG on 28 September 2017 and plans to expand and modernize the three Klenk locations Oberrot, Baruth and Wolfegg in the short term.    In Oberrot, Klenk Holz AG was producing lumber, solid wood panels, softwood lumber, multi-purpose panels, garden wood, solid construction timber, moulded pallet blocks, moulded wood pallets and waste timber, exporting about 30 ...
