Austrian Binderholz takes over German Klenk
Austrian Binderholz Group located in Fügen has cloed an agreement with The Carlyle Group to take over the German sawmill- and wood processing company Klenk Holz AG located in Oberrot.    The contract was signed on 28 September 2017. The closing of the transaction is expected for beginning November 2017 and depends on the approval of antitrust authorities.    Binderholz plans to expand and modernize the three Klenk locations Oberrot, Baruth and Wolfegg in the short term.
