Latvia’s plywood exports on the rise in Q1/2026
Latvia's plywood exports increased by 5% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2026, reaching €98.6 million compared with €94.1 million in the same period of 2025. The European Union remained the dominant destination, accounting for €74.0 million, or approximately 75% of total exports. Germany retained its position as the largest market, with imports rising 3% to €14.2 million.
